By accessing or using the Food Corner website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use our services.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Digital Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery Zones and Times:

• Zone 1 (0-3 km): 30-40 minutes delivery time
• Zone 2 (3-5 km): 40-50 minutes delivery time
• Zone 3 (5-8 km): 50-60 minutes delivery time

Delivery Guidelines:

• Delivery personnel will wait maximum 10 minutes at the address
• You must provide accurate delivery address and phone number
• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control
• Contact delivery partner directly through the app for real-time updates

By Customer:

• Free cancellation within 5 minutes of placing order
• ₹50 cancellation fee after 5 minutes but before preparation starts
• No cancellation once food preparation begins

By Food Corner:

• We may cancel orders due to item unavailability
• Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• We reserve right to cancel suspicious orders

Eligibility for Refund:

• Order not delivered within promised time + 30 minutes
• Wrong item delivered
• Food quality issues (with photo evidence)
• Duplicate charges

Refund Process:

Regarding food quality and safety:

• All our partner restaurants are FSSAI certified
• We maintain strict hygiene standards
• Food may contain or come in contact with common allergens
• Customers with allergies should contact restaurant directly

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use automated systems or bots
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment

All content on our platform is owned by Food Corner or our licensors and is protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Patent laws
• International treaties

You may not use our intellectual property without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party actions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

You agree to indemnify and hold Food Corner harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any content you post or submit

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Informal resolution within 30 days
2. Mediation if informal resolution fails
3. Arbitration if mediation fails
4. Courts as last resort

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

• App notification

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
